Ceremony

Personal Consultation: I will schedule an initial consultation (over coffee, drinks or your home) to discuss your vision, preferences, and any special elements you want to include in your ceremony. At this meeting, we will also sign your Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork.

Bespoke Personal Ceremony Script: Together with you both, we’ll create a unique and tailored ceremony script that captures your love story, values, and personalities. This ensures your ceremony feels authentic and meaningful. I will send you a draft within 3-4 weeks after our meeting, which you can then change as many times as you need up to two weeks before your wedding day.

Vow Writing Guidance: If you are wanting to write your own vows, I will provide support and tips for writing your vows, making sure they’re heartfelt and true to your relationship.

Personalized Rituals: Incorporate special rituals and readings to add depth and significance to your ceremony, and suggest ways to involve family and friends.

Communication: You can call/email/meet with me as many times as required in the lead up to your wedding day. You are welcome to ask as many questions as you need, and I am here to support you in all of your ideas and wishes for your ceremony.

Rehearsal Coordination: We’ll coordinate a rehearsal prior to your big day to ensure you both, and anyone else you want involved is comfortable and confident in their roles, creating a smooth flow for the ceremony. We will also sign the last few bits of paperwork prior to your big day!

PA System: I will supply my Bose S1 Bluetooth portable sound system and wireless microphones (and plenty of spare batteries) to ensure that every word is heard by all your guests, no matter the size of your gathering. You are welcome to play your ceremony music through the PA system.

Travel: I love seeing new venues and locations, so I am very happy to travel for your ceremony! Up to 2 hours of travel is included in the fees, but I am happy and very keen to travel further. Please enquire regarding to the additional cost for travel over 2 hours.

Ceremony Officiation: On your wedding day, I will officiate your ceremony with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every moment is beautifully executed.

Wedding Day: On the day, I will arrive an hour before your ceremony to set up, test equipment, and check in on everyone and any final logistics before your guest arrive. I only book one wedding per day, so you can be at ease knowing I am completely focused on delivering and managing your ceremony to set the tone for the rest of your celebrations!

Legal Paperwork: I will manage all the necessary legal paperwork, ensuring your marriage is registered properly and efficiently. This includes ID checks, provision and signing of all required paperwork, and registering your marriage with the relevant registration authority e.g. NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages (dependant on the State/Territory) after your ceremony, according to the Marriage Act 1961 and Marriage Regulations 2017.

Post-Ceremony Support: After the ceremony, I’ll assist with any final logistics and help ensure you transition smoothly into your celebration before packing up and leaving you to it!
